This universal tray, available in Standard and Tall models, can be adjusted to fit your sample cutting needs.

If a Certificate of Compliance is required for the Tray Universal Sample Cutter, you must order it at the same time the order is placed.  This way, it can be given an identification number which will be referred to on the Certificate of Compliance.

Description

To use, simply adjust the shelf height on both the universal sample cutter and the HST instrument to suit the tray to be tested. Then, determine the location on the tray from where the sample will be cut. Place the tray lip under the hinged template and push down, trapping the seal over plastic insert. Using the supplied hobby knife, cut out the contour on the template, pressing harder when cutting over the seals. Make sure the blade used is sharp so that the lid is cut during the first attempt.
